ADMISSION PROCEDURE

A. Preprimary Admission

• Admission Procedure starts from 1st week of Dec.
• There is no formal interview to take admission in the Pre-Primary.
• Age criteria- Mentioned Below.

B. Admission – Primary (I-V)

• Admission Procedure start from 1st week of Dec.
• Admission for class I-V there will be oral interview with the subject exports to judge the knowledge of the child and enhance his learning process. There will be oral test for the following subjects:-.
  1. English
  2. Mathematics
  3. Science
• Seat will be granted on the basic of the availability

C. Admission – Middle School (VI-VIII)

• Admission Procedure start from 1st week of Dec.
• There will be written test of four main subjects 25 marks each.
  1. English
  2. Mathematics
  3. Science
  4. SST
• The child will be granted admission on the basis of the interview marks as well as marks scored on the annual exam.
• The school authority reserved the right to grant the admission.

D. Admission – Secondary (IX)

• There will be written exam only & oral interview with the Principal of the school.
• Minimum 60% in the previous class i.e. class VIII annual exam.
• The management has the right to grant the admission.

E. Admission – Senior-Secondary (XI)

• • • Students securing 70% in Xth Board are eligible to join Science Stream, with 75% individually in Mathematics & Science subjects.
    • Students securing 55% in Xth Board can join the Commerce Stream.
    • The management has the right to grant the admission.
    • Enclosure required for Admission.

  Age Criteria

• Interview/Test

• From class I to VIII student’s admissions will be granted on the basis of availability of seats in the respective classes.
• In classes IX admission is granted on the basis of performance in prevision class and written test conducted.
• The school authority reserves the right to short list the candidates, after written test and interview.
• The result will be available from the school office only.

Enclosures Required for Admission

Note

1. No admission will be validated till the above mentioned documents are submitted.

2. Even if the admission fee is remitted, the admission will be only provisional till the above written documents are deposited and found correct by the school authorities.

3. The form issued by the school is non-transferable & should be used original.

4. Admission in class Nursery requires Photo Copy of original birth certificate issued by the Registrar of birth of a Municipal Body.
